Randi A. Sperling, D.O. |
Dr. Sperling grew up in Long Island,
NY. She earned her BS in Psychology from Vassar College, Poughkeepsie, NY. Her
medical education was at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine where she
received her D.O. degree in 1990. Dr. Sperling fulfilled her pediatric
residency at the Schneider Children's Hospital of Long Island Jewish Medical
Center and was also Chief Resident of the Children's Hospital from 1994 to
1995. After her Chief Residency, she held the position of Director of Pediatric
Education and Medical Services at Long Beach Medical Center in Long Island, NY.
There, she supervised medical students and residents at a clinic in an
under-served area.
Recently, She and her husband have relocated to South Florida (her husband is also a pediatrician in private practice in Miami). Dr. Sperling is currently an Assistant Professor of Clinical Pediatrics at University of Miami Medical School where she sees patients at the medical center and teaches medical students. Her genuine love of children, gentle nature and practical medical expertise uniquely qualify her as an expert in her field. She is also the proud mother of a beautiful baby boy!
